We approach each project with a tremendous amount of care and consideration.

Jinwan Sansho’s representatives and producers take the time to clearly scope out the assignment at hand well before our designers even hear about the project. Our proposals clearly detail the objectives of the engagement, an estimate outline for the structure of the products as well as an estimated schedule, deliverables and development projections. All of the leg work that is done before the assignment officially begins enables us to clearly provide our clients with a well thought-out approach.

Production problems, material run-outs, color changes, many things can go wrong during the process. But when it comes down to it, all that matters is that Jinwan Sansho always delivers, whatever specification is chosen by the client as the final product. In fact, we typically over-deliver. If something catches our eye or we feel the project needs a little something special, we just recommend it. On top of that, we are always proactive in bringing new creative ideas to the table, we know what we are talking about and have a broad experiences in designing wooden products. Nine out of ten times our clients graciously accept our ideas.
